PlaceInn S.R.L. is currently being incorporated. Until incorporation is complete, the data controller is the natural person named above.
No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as the conditions set out in Article 37 GDPR do not apply.
We collect only the data you give us by filling in the form on this site. What is asked depends on the path you choose:

We do not collect special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR) and we do not ask you to provide any. Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary for us to follow up: without it we cannot contact you or send you the material you asked for. Providing the optional data is, as the name says, up to you.

Where the legal basis is consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to privacy@placeinn.app. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Data is processed by electronic means, by us and by the people working on the project, who are authorised to process it and bound to confidentiality. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Your data is never sold, transferred for consideration, or publicly disclosed. It may be processed on our behalf and on our instructions by the following providers, appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR:
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, which ensure an adequate level of protection.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Once the period expires, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
This site uses no profiling, marketing or statistical cookies, and no traffic analytics tools. The form is provided by Tally, which states that it uses only technical cookies necessary for the service to work. For this reason you are not asked for prior consent to the placing of cookies.
Once the incorporation of PlaceInn S.R.L. is complete, controllership and the data collected through this site will be transferred to the company, which will continue processing for the same purposes and in accordance with this policy. You will be informed of the change and this policy will be updated accordingly.
At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR:
